Our garments are made to order, and therefore, we do not offer exchanges or returns once an order is placed. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will assist you if your outfit has defects.

Please note that returns are not possible for color exchanges. Ensure that you are certain of the color before placing your order.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. In the case of defects, you may only exchange the product. If the product you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue store credits for the equivalent amount.
