Return Policy

At House of Ensembles, every garment is meticulously made to order, ensuring unparalleled craftsmanship and exclusivity. While our creations are custom-tailored for you, we understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances. Please note:

We do not offer exchanges or returns once an order is placed for non-defective items. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at email@houseofensembles.com for prompt assistance.

For non-defective items, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns will be processed as store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • All tags must remain intact
  • The garment must be unused
  • The item must be self-shipped by the client to us

Note: The return shipping cost and the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit amount. The standard deduction is set at ₹199 per shipment.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an exchange is needed. Therefore, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can opt for:

  • Exchange in size
  • Exchange with another product

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds as our garments are made specifically for you. In the event of a defect, you may only exchange the product. If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credits for the equivalent amount.

Please note: Returns are not possible for color exchanges. Ensure that you are certain of the color before placing your order.
