Exchange & Return Policy

1. Made-to-Order Garments

Our garments are made to order. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchanges or returns.

2. Defective Items

If your outfit has defects, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the item at Email@houseofensembles.com.

3. Color Exchanges

We do not offer color exchanges. Please ensure you are certain of the color before placing your order.

4. Defect-Related Exchanges

If your item is defective, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with the details, and we will guide you through the process.

5. International Orders

For international orders, we cannot assist with size exchanges due to the high cost of shipping and customs duties. If you can have the garments delivered to us (with duties paid), we can accommodate a size exchange, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs again. 6. Return Shipping and Deduction

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, the initial shipping charges (₹199 per shipment) will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please note that the returned items must be in unused condition with all tags intact.
