1. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations, and orders will be processed for dispatch.

2. Return Policy

We offer returns for items within 7 days from delivery. Returns will be processed as store credit, which can be redeemed for other items on our site. Please ensure the following conditions are met for returns:

• Tags are intact
• Garment is unused
• Item is self-shipped by the customer to us

Note: Return shipping and the initial shipping cost (₹199 per shipment) will be deducted from the store credit amount.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or product within 7 days of delivery. You can choose to exchange the item for another size or a completely different product. Please ensure:

• Item is unused and tags are intact
• Item is self-shipped by the customer to us

The same return shipping and initial shipping charges (₹199 per shipment) will be deducted from the store credit for exchanges as well.
